Is it about traditional martial art combat?
NO! The BODYCOMBAT program blends various combat movements, but it is not about counter acting exercise. In stead, it is aimed at training of the muscular strength and mobility. The whole-body training with dynamic music will impose physical and spiritual challenge to you.
Will injury occur?
NO! The combat exercise is designed for the purpose of fitness. You will, like a warrior, experience the strength and power, and carry out the physical training freely with music, without having to worry about possible knockdown or other injury by your opponents.
