BODYSTEP is an intensive aerobic exercise with music. It is an easy-to-learn pre- choreographed program, full of fun. The participants tap up and down the adjustable steps amid music. Through intermittently intensive routines and muscular control, you can gain many benefits from the exercise: improvement of lower limb strength, cardiopulmonary function and coordination, and full regulation of functional strength balance of the upper and lower limbs.
Through the dynamic aerobic step exercise, the participants will get a positive and enjoyable experience, and gain dynamics and perfect body shape.
To be sure, you need to take the workout and upgrade yourself with a positive, joyous and free heart.
Can I follow the instructors?
It seems high coordination is needed. Probably I can't follow the instructor. Very few people feel comfortable at the very beginning. Persistence will count. Do not drop it midway. Gradually, we will feel comfortable and natural.
If it is your first BS class, it is recommended that the step height be lowered. Watch the pace, in stead of your arm movement. If you cannot follow the instructor, you may try to copy his/her movements in a way you feel comfortable. Gradually, you will find that the challenge facing you disappears in the end.
What shall I prepare to take the BS class?
You need to have sports shoes with good stability and comfortable sportswear. A towel and a water bottle, of course, are also essential.
How much intensity is suitable?
BS can meet the need of various exercise levels. You may increase or decrease your workout intensity, or adjust height of the step.
How frequently should I take the BS class?
Generally, to obtain the maximum workout effect, taking three BS classes per week is recommended.
