The fashionable indoor cycling exercise, dubbed "fat bomb", has a perfect workout atmosphere created by the most popular hits, being one of the most exciting Les Mills programs.  
RPM has no impact, but has high requirement of the aerobic system, being suitable for participants of different fitness levels. You may control your own workout strength and intensity, and under support of partners, challenge yourself physically. Irrespective of your level, you can complete the training any way.   
 
Will it result in thicker thighs?
