Special Yoga Exercises

HATHA  YOGA
Hatha yoga is composed of the most traditional and ancient yoga positions and breath exercises, with focus on body balance, coordination and unification, sun salutation, and deep breath.

ASHTANGA  YOGA
Ashtanga Yoga, created by Sri K. Pattahbi Jois on the basis of the oldest Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga created in ancient India, is a series of the most classic yoga exercises composed of strong, powerful and flexible movements to be done in conjunction of breath to fuel the energy and expel the toxins. Visually, it is a string of flowing body postures. 
 
POWER  YOGA 
As a powerful yoga exercise program, it focuses on combination of a series of vibrant and powerful movements in conjunction of the deep breathing technique, and builds infinite power in the participants by calling for and regenerating physical energy, and removing toxins from the bodies.

FLOW
Compared to Ashtanga and Power yoga exercises, Flow Yoga movements are gentle and stretching, stressing the importance of breathing. Connection between body postures is flexible, agile, ebullient and graceful. 
  
 
HOT  YOGA
Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga, created by Bikram, is now hot exercises among the fitness fans. Features: doing the exercises in a hot environment with temperature at 38-42 and RH at 65%, in order to boost the body temperature quickly, and speed up sweating and detoxification. It is applicable to both beginners and experience practitioners. The 26 routines performed in a hot environment are designed to deepen and strengthen work of the muscular tissues and ligament. Each correct and effective movement will purify and challenge you physically and mentally. 
 
YIN  YOGA
Yin Yoga focuses conditioning of the connective tissues, and the effect lasts long. It explores for quietness and calmness, and an infinite meditative experience in accompaniment with the most subtle energy change in body, deep and long stretching, and slow and even breath. It is applicable to all the beginners or participants subject to work stress or injury. Yin yoga can help you to cure, relax and open yourself. You may take a track of yin yoga following the hot, flow or Ashtanga yoga exercises.
