Q:What shall I do if I cannot access to the fitness facilities for a long period of time due to business trip or vocation?

A:If you have to take long time for business trip or vocation and cannot go to the club, you may apply for leave of absence by submitting an application to the registering club.

Leave of absence is divided into long leave and short leave. The conditions and restrictions for applying for leave of absence from membership are as follows:
Long leave: When the period of leave of absence requested by the card holder is more than 90 days but no less than 730 days, it will be considered as a long leave. Each member has right to apply for only one long leave;
Good reasons for application: pregnancy, military service, overseas study and overseas business trip; 
A 15-day application for long leave of absence shall be submitted by writing, together with relevant certificates;
After examination and confirmation of the relevant documents, this Club will decide on granting of the application;
The application will not be considered valid unless the application has been granted from this Club and paid relevant fees;
The long leave fee will be ￥100/year (or other amount published by this Club from time to time). The minimum fee is charged according to a full year;

B:Short leave: When the period of a leave of absence requested by the card holder is no more than 90 days, it will be considered as a short leave.

Each annual card holder is entitled to one free leave of no more than 30 days;
Any member needing to take an additional short leave needs to pay a fee of￥100/month (or other amount published by this Club from time to time);
When a single leave exceeds 90 days, it shall be dealt with as a long leave. Application for long leave will not be granted unless the conditions stated above are met; 
A 10-day application for short leave of absence shall be submitted by writing. The application will not be considered valid unless the application has been granted from this Club.

Notes :
An application for leave of absence from membership shall be submitted to the registering club. For more details, call the club beforehand. 
Once the application is granted by this Club, the expiry date of the member card will be postponed.
